Producer Jean Faleiros uses a 60-hour anaerobic fermentation to coax out vivid tropical notes of passion fruit and mango, lifted by a delicate floral finish. Roasted to a medium-light profile that preserves every layer of complexity this exceptional micro lot has to offer.
