Keep the bags you're not using yet closed, in a cool, dark place and not in the fridge. Open one bag at a time and store it airtight. Whole beans stay fresh longest if you grind just before brewing, but you can also order them ground for your brew method: just choose your grind when you order.

Yes. The medium dark roast and deep chocolate notes make it an excellent base for cappuccinos, lattes and flat whites, and it's smooth and sweet as a straight espresso too.
