Our coffee
Our full range of Brazilian specialty coffee. From chocolatey espresso blends to bright, fruity filter coffees, every bean comes straight from Brazilian farms and is roasted in small batches in Amsterdam.
Brazil grows far more than one kind of coffee. Our everyday blends, Paulista and Mistura Fina, bring chocolate, nuts and red fruit and work well as espresso and with milk. Our microlots each come from one farm, such as Sítio Matuto, Fazenda Sertão and Fazenda do Salto in Minas Gerais. They show how variety and processing change the cup, from apricot and caramel to blackcurrant and brown rum. Prefer no caffeine? Try our Swiss Water decaf.
Not sure where to start? Choose by brew method in our espresso and filter collections, try a tasting box, or take the coffee quiz.
Whole beans or ground? You choose per coffee, ground for your brew method.

Brazil grows more coffee than any other country, but most of it disappears into supermarket blends. We buy specialty lots directly from Brazilian farms, mostly in Minas Gerais and São Paulo, and roast them every week in our Amsterdam roastery. That is why every bag tells you where the beans come from, who grew them and how they were processed.
Brazilian coffee is known for its body and sweetness: chocolate, nuts and caramel, often with a soft red fruit note. Natural and pulped natural processing, where the beans dry with the fruit around them, adds extra sweetness. Our Paulista Blend is the classic example, while microlots like Maragogipe Southern Boundaries and Funky Jumper Banger show how fruity and surprising Brazil can be.
Brewing on an espresso machine or bean-to-cup machine? Start with our espresso beans. Using a V60, Chemex or filter machine? Go for filter coffee beans. No caffeine after dinner: try our Swiss Water decaf. Drink a lot of coffee? The 4 x 1 kg value packs give you the best price per kilo. Not sure yet? A tasting box lets you compare several coffees side by side.
Every coffee is available as whole beans, or ground for your brew method. For the most aroma, grind just before brewing. Orders from €60 ship free to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
